Strong fathers build strong kids..!
We, the people living in the typical Indian society, have always been talking about the responsibilities and duties that a Mother needs to fulfill. However, very less exchange of views has ever occurred considering the role of a Father, the masculine gender in parenting a child. It has been observed and revealed that though Indian women have stepped out of the house, contributing to the family income, very less fathers have yet come forth to offer a helping hand in the daily chores that a female figure carries out at home. I completely agree that it may not be their self will to not involve in the household chores, but it is that social stigma that has penetrated in the deep roots, which forces them to keep a foot away from activities like, cleaning, sweeping, washing or cooking at times. However it is high time, we alter the gender dynamics ruling the society. Couples, where both the parents are equally involved in parenting, build emotionally stable and balanced kids. ...
